Uniguest renames Tripleplay, eStream and pCare under Hub brand

Digital engagement technology provider has renamed three of its flagship platforms as part of a move to bring its core portfolio together under a single Hub identity

Tripleplay – Uniguest’s IPTV, digital signage and video distribution platform for enterprise, hospitality, sports and corporate environments – is now Hub AV. eStream, which covers media management, enterprise video and content delivery, is now Hub Media. pCare, the company’s interactive patient experience platform for healthcare providers, is now Hub IPS. The three renamed platforms join the existing Hub Digital Engagement Platform, which serves hospitality and other environments.

The rebrand follows the relaunch of Otrum as Hub at ISE 2025, and Uniguest said the underlying technology, teams and product roadmaps behind each platform remain unchanged despite the new names.

James Keen, EVP marketing at Uniguest, said: “Tripleplay, eStream and pCare have built incredibly strong reputations in their respective markets, and we recognise the trust and recognition associated with those names. While those names are changing, the technology, expertise and relationships behind them remain. Bringing the platforms together under Hub gives us a clearer, more unified identity for the future.”

Keen added: “Moving to Hub AV, Hub Media and Hub IPS makes it much easier to understand how our platforms fit within the wider Uniguest portfolio. The technology, people and commitment our customers know remain exactly the same, but we now have a unified family of platforms that better represents who Uniguest is today and where we are heading.”
