Attendees can share ideas and make valuable connections with industry experts and thought-leaders in the professional AV space, in what’s set to be an unmissable event. Sessions will take place 4-6pm in room CC4.1 followed by drinks & networking.

Key events at ProAV Collaborative 2024 include:

True MicroLED revolution: an industry at inflection point
MicroLED is poised to disrupt the world of displays, and for good reason: the technology is undoubtedly a leap forward in image quality, with ASPs on par with flat panel displays. But what are the roadblocks hindering mass production? How will the technology coexist within the current ecosystem?

The convergence of video production and the world of AV
Organisations across all verticals are now embracing video content creation. After a surge in demand catalysed by the pandemic, how does the industry transform this elevated interest in professional video technology into more sustainable ongoing business?

The intelligent workplace
The pandemic demonstrated the need for digital, dynamic, integrated workplaces, but uncertainty over the return to the office continues to reign. How should workspaces change to best suit hybrid workflows? How will AV and IT combine to create the smart workplace of the future?

Securing the future of pro AV connectivity
For pro AV, differentiation potential lies within software and platform capabilities. Vendors are opening their APIs for higher interoperability and connectivity – something the industry has long grappled with – and the SaaS and PaaS landscape will shift rapidly to reflect these changes. As software and cloud-enabled services emerge as a market, increased value for AV clients is on the horizon.

Dan Goldstein, chief marketing officer at AVIXA, was recently confirmed as joining Futuresource managing director Chris McIntyre-Brown on-stage at ProAV Collaborative 2024.

Goldstein will introduce the event alongside McIntyre-Brown, to provide attendees with a bird’s-eye view of the pro AV sector. Together, Dan and Chris will “unravel the most significant industry developments of the last twenty years, digging deep into how these events will shape the future of pro AV”.

Other Futuresource presenters include: Ted Romanowitz, Alistair Johnston and Kateryna Dubrova.
