Exclusive: Vizrt responds to ISE 2026

Chris Black, CMO, on the accelerating convergence of AV and broadcast, and high demand from corporations and higher education institutions

How many times have you attended ISE, and in what capacity?
This is Vizrt’s third year at ISE as exhibitors, and every year the event seems to get bigger and bigger. At first, we were one of the only vendors with a heavy broadcast background at the show, but that is changing. The convergence of both industries was once a prediction – now, broadcast AV is clearly here to stay.

Overall, how was ISE 2026 for you? I
ISE 2026 was one to remember. We announced two brand new solutions in partnership with Zoom – InteractifAI and CaptivAIte – bringing on-brand HTML5 graphics and AI-powered augmented reality graphics into Zoom meetings and Rooms. The solutions are designed to help professionals elevate their corporate communications and engage employees more meaningfully. The response on the show floor was incredible.

Numbers were up again, so how was footfall for you, and what about the quality of leads?
We had visitors from a variety of industries at the Vizrt booth. Creating high-quality communications is more accessible than ever, and it is clear the demand is there from professionals across the board – from corporations and higher education institutions to smaller production teams. We had insightful discussions and found that engaging viewers remains a priority for everyone.

Did you engage with the ISE Daily, either by reading it or by contributing editorially or promotionally?
Yes, we read the ISE Daily and welcomed a journalist for a demonstration of CaptivAIte in our booth’s Zoom Room.

Did you nominate any of your products for the Best of Show awards? If not, do you have a particular reason?
Yes – CaptivAIte was selected for a Best of Show award at ISE.
