Whitwam AVI, a Winchester-based AV integration specialist, has upgraded its headquarters meeting room into a live demonstration space where clients can experience modern corporate AV solutions first-hand. The room is built around a Panasonic laser projector, a Lightware Taurus UCX-4×2 switcher, a Barco ClickShare CX-30 for wireless presentation and a Sennheiser TeamConnect Bar M for audio and video conferencing.
The system is designed to support both wireless and wired BYOD workflows without adding complexity for the user. The ClickShare CX-30 is set as the default source within the Lightware switcher, displaying a branded splash screen when idle. Users can present wirelessly via the ClickShare app using an on-screen PIN, while connecting an HDMI cable automatically switches the source. A Joan 6 Pro room booking panel is also planned for installation outside the room.

By using the systems we install for customers within our own premises, we can demonstrate the technology in a real-world setting and showcase hardware from manufacturers we trust for performance and reliability.”
