Impact for Hudson

Mark Hudson, formerly vice president of global and international accounts at Siemens Enterprise Communications, has joined UK integrator Impact as managing director.

UK integrator Impact has appointed Mark Hudson as managing director. Hudson, who joins from Siemens Enterprise Communications where he held the position of vice president of global and international accounts for six years, will join Impact’s Board where Thomas Doyon will remain as chairman.

“We are delighted that Mark has accepted our offer to join us,” said Doyon. “Mark’s appointment underlines our ambition to accelerate the growth of our business globally. The combination of his executive leadership skills and exceptional international management track record will further sharpen our focus on driving innovation for our clients worldwide.
I know that working alongside the Impact management team we will see significant growth under his leadership.”

In July, Impact appointed Richard McGuinness as head of sales.

Impact is one of the founders of the Global Presence Alliance (GPA), a group of AV providers worldwide whose goal is to reduce costs, improve efficiency and enhance communication for global clients.
