The fixture is said to enable infinite colour combinations and the possibility of generating white light with several colour combinations from 2900 to over 6000 degrees K.
Spotlight will also show the ARC – Powerstick (pictured), which enables the motorisation of up to four LED bars with the intelligent Spotlight ARC (Automated Remote Control) system; pole operated yokes applicable to most of the company’s products with tilt, pan and focus; and a new range of barn door attachments.
Forty years on from its foundation, Spotlight manufactures a wide range of lighting equipment for professional and architectural applications, including PC spots, Fresnels, profiles, followspots and cycloramas.
Spotlight’s export manager, Thomas Nell, told II that the 40th anniversary “represents an important [achievement]. Investing in innovation, quality, assistance and professional training is considered by Spotlight to be the best long-term strategy to overcome both the current global crisis and the competition [provided by] the emergent and ‘low-cost’ countries.”
Two globally-renowned theatres – La Scala in Milan and the Bolshoi in Moscow – are to be found on Spotlight’s roll-call of high-profile installations.
