Registration is now open for InfoComm 2026, the pro AV industry’s largest North American trade show, with AVIXA confirming several changes to the format and layout of this year’s event.
The most significant structural change sees the show floor reorganised around two themes – Work and Play – for the first time. Central Hall will be given over to work-focused technologies, covering conferencing and collaboration, command and control, digital signage, learning spaces and enterprise IT. North Hall will focus on audio, broadcast AV, lighting, staging and live event solutions.
New to this year’s show are two activation hubs in Central Hall: a Smart Workplace hub, developed with Shure, focusing on hybrid working and meeting equity; and a Retail Experience hub, developed with Samsung Electronics America, presenting connected store environments. The Pitch, powered by Diversified, is a further new addition in North Hall, dedicated to live production, immersive displays and fan engagement technologies used in sports and entertainment.
The education programme, which runs throughout the full week in the West Hall Meeting Rooms, is set to place a greater emphasis on AI than in previous years. Session topics are expected to include AI applications across conferencing systems, digital signage, classrooms and live events, alongside AV accessibility, production workflows, network security and real-world project case studies. The full programme is due to be announced in the coming months.
Two Integrated Experience Tours have been confirmed at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. The first, on June 16, offers access to Dreamscape Learn – a 4,000sqft immersive VR learning environment with a 16-seat classroom and free-roam experience. The second, on June 18, covers advanced AV in medical education, including a virtual anatomy lab with VR headsets, a cadaver lab with PTZ and mobile cameras, and multi-room overflow capabilities. Further tours are expected to be announced.
The renovated Central Hall at the Las Vegas Convention Center will also benefit from improved lighting, updated finishes and clearer sightlines compared with previous years.
David Labuskes, CEO of AVIXA, said: “As pro AV becomes a more essential part of customer-driven IT, broadcasting, and AI solutions, InfoComm 2026 provides a vital forum to explore those technologies, gain actionable insights, and meet new colleagues who share a passion for shaping the future of our industry.”
Jenn Heinold, senior vice-president, expositions, Americas at AVIXA, added: “Our show floor activations and activation hubs give attendees a hands-on way to explore what’s possible and how these solutions come together in real environments.”
InfoComm 2026 takes place June 13-19 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, with the exhibition open June 17-19. More than 750 exhibiting companies are expected. Further information and registration is available at infocomm.org.
