Anna Valley expands and restructures team

Anna Valley has created new business development teams to identify and develop opportunities in both its events and integration business units. The restructure includes the appointment of events industry expert, Dan Orchard (pictured), in the key role of director of business development.

Anna Valley director and co-owner, Nick Hart, has assumed responsibility for sales across all Anna Valley business units, while each department’s business development team maintains a sector-specific focus.

Dan Orchard joins the Anna Valley events team after spending the last four years as group business development manager at Blue-i Event Technology. Orchard began his career as a technician and progressed to project management and business development. As business development director, his primary focus will be on expanding Anna Valley’s client-base in the events market.

“I can see that Anna Valley is invested in pushing the boundaries of modern events and delivering intelligent technical design,” said Orchard. “My goal is to make the Anna Valley name synonymous with innovation in audiovisual.”

The Anna Valley integration team, led by Nick Shaw, has also been bolstered by the addition of Nick Barrett who has taken on the role of business development executive. Barrett has a corporate, technical background and will focus his energies on winning new business in the corporate integration market.

“We have been intent on growing Anna Valley’s presence and reputation as a leading AV supplier in the events and integration markets since our management buyout,” said Anna Valley director, Nick Hart. “Creating solid business development units led by industry experts will help us achieve that ambition.”
