‘A perfect fit’ as new AV companies launch in Holland, France

PixlVision is the Netherlands’ new centre for professional video distribution, sales, solutions, support and training. With office and warehouse facilities in Utrecht, the new company is being headed up by video industry specialist Hans Denekamp. The first distributed lines to be confirmed are video scaler manufacturer Analog Way, hard-disk recorder specialist Doremi, infrastructure company Smart-AVI and automation designer JL Cooper.

“Our core activities are the importing and distribution of high-end professional video systems, with a fully equipped support department that can help integrators, designers and end users find the perfect solution for every video application.,” says Kocks.

“The company will work alongside our sister sales and distribution operations Lightco and TM Audio, completing the package of professional AV products and services offered by the Ampco/Flashlight Group in the Netherlands,” adds Kocks, “so this is a perfect fit, both for us and for our customers.”

A further addition to the group is Dimension AV, a new professional AV distribution company for France that will be run by Stéphane Morillon. Brands already confirmed for the company’s line of exclusive products include loudspeaker manufacturers Vieta Pro and Renkus-Heinz, and conference system maker Taiden.

“Our solutions provide the link between the creative and technical aspects of any AV project,” says Morillon, “from initial concept to making the best choices when investing in technology, as well as implementation and commissioning.”

Emphasising the new firm’s commitment to excellence, Dimension AV has already set up an education and training academy at its headquarters in Le Plessis Robinson, south-east of Paris.
