Midwich launches ‘Mi Insight’ 24/7 monitoring service

Service monitors and reports on all AV and UC and collaboration equipment

Midwich Group has. announced the launch of ‘Mi Insight’, a 24/7 monitoring service available for dealer partners globally. Part of the distributor’s ‘Mi Services’ offering, Mi Insight monitors and reports on all AV and unified comms and collaboration equipment within a system, including the various platforms running in the Cloud such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

The monitoring service tackles the complexities of managing an estate of AV equipment and UC systems by providing increased visibility and control across the entire network. With hybrid working  dispersing AV kit over even more locations, Mi Insight allows dealers to see, in real time, when anything goes wrong and offering a service level agreement to identify any issues fast, regardless of where they are in the world.
