Free AV industry recruitment site launches in response to COVID-19 redundancies

AV Agency aims to offer a flexible hiring platform for candidates and employers

A new, free AV recruitment site, AV Agency, has launched today (August 5) in response to the widespread industry redundancies caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The free platform offers a dedicated space where candidates can promote themselves and employees can easily search for new hires.

Candidates can register using their LinkedIn credentials and upload their CV. The platform serves as a landing page for candidates to showcase examples of recent work, job history and references. Once an account is activated, prospective employers will be able to view the candidate’s details, while users can also follow their favourite employers and receive automatic notifications when they have new vacancies. Searches can be tailored by location, sector, salary, job type, industry accreditations and more, with regular job alerts delivered via email.

Employers, meanwhile, can advertise as many jobs as they’d like at no cost.
