The next Prolight + Sound in Frankfurt, which runs from 15 to 18 April 2015, will be the 20th edition of the trade fair. As well as showcasing a large variety of products and technologies it will also feature an extensive programme of events and presentations.
Companies already registered for the fair include; d&b Audiotechnik, DiGiCo and L-Acoustics. In 2015, Prolight + Sound will focus on the theatre world and welcome numerous new companies from this field, with Alfa System, Bühnenbau Schnakenberg and Bütec among the companies representing the sector.
The exhibition halls occupied in 2014 will remain unchanged. Exhibitors from the audio and sound systems sector make their presentations in Hall 8.0 while visitors will find everything relating to lighting and stage technology to display and video systems, in Hall 9.0.
Exhibitors from Asia are represented by a broad portfolio of lighting and sound system products in Hall 9.1. New products and innovations from the world of lasers and effects, show and stage lighting as well as contract installations and trusses, can be seen in Hall 11.0.
Prolight + Sound also shows event technology in action. At the Live Sound Arena and the Concert Sound Arena, manufacturers will demonstrate PA systems up to and including complex line-array systems. The outdoor exhibition area also includes an Open Air Showroom for mobile stages, tent systems and big portable displays.
