As part of its commitment to the theatrical sound design and stage management community, Clear-Com will be exhibiting at the Association of British Theatre Technicians (ABTT) Theatre Show at Alexandra Palace in London, UK, on June 7 – 8. The company will showcase a broad range of intercom solutions for theatre sound applications at Stand E40.
In addition to exhibiting on the show floor, Clear-Com will lead a 45-minute discussion alongside the Association of Sound Designers and Stage Management Association panel in the “Art and Craft of Comms at ABTT Theatre Show” event. Panel topics include best practice techniques and trends in backstage and events communications, and will take place on June 7 at 1pm.
“The live event and theatre market is as vibrant as ever, and the need for good audio and good communication has become a top business priority,” said Ben Turnwell, Clear-Com regional sales manager for UK, Ireland, and Israel. “Our intercom solutions are an important aspect of a successful theatre production, and the ABTT Theatre Show provides us access to a critically important audience.”
On the show floor, visitors will be invited to experience demonstrations of the award-winning Arcadia Central Station with HelixNet Digital Network Partyline integration, a scalable IP intercom platform bringing together HelixNet, FreeSpeak II and FreeSpeak Edge Digital Wireless Intercom systems, Encore Analog Partyline, other 2W/4W endpoints, and third-party Dante devices in a single, integrated system. A popular choice for theatrical productions, Arcadia offers licensed-based scalability that allows it to meet numerous production needs, with support for over 100 beltpacks and up to 128 IP ports.
