Apart Audio has developed a digital tool for installers designing audio solutions for small and medium sized applications. The new web-based plug and play tool presents an entire audio solution from a specific set of customer requirements negating the need for a product catalogue.
On the Apart website a plug and play section has been added with over 50 audio solutions to choose from for the small and mid-sized fixed install market. It shows a variety of audio applications that gives the installer a quick answer to the following questions:
•What loudspeaker should I choose and how many should I install to get the best audio result?
•Which electronics do I need in this audio project?
•How do I connect my cables to which amplifier or music source?
•How do I need to configure the software or how do I control the devices?
The digital plug and play section is divided into seven different application categories: corporate; retail; sports and leisure; outdoor; foodservice and hospitality; education and religion; residential.
In just five steps, the digital plug and play guide helps the installer to make the right choice for each audio application. It is also possible to have a pdf sent to the installer containing all the information of the chosen application. If software forms part of the solution, the software configuration file will be sent automatically with the pdf file.
