Paradigm AV restructures operations

Paradigm AV has restructured internal operations and promoted several key members of staff to reflect the changing times at the company.

Greg Jeffreys’ return to the managing director role at Paradigm AV and a relocation to larger premises scheduled for the near future has sparked a major shake-up of internal workings at the company. Divisions of Paradigm will now work autonomously as part of an strategy devised by Jeffreys, which has taken immediate effect. As a result, Susan Hall (pictured), who’s worked with the company ten years, has been promoted to operations manager. She will now spearhead logistics and will be aided by her new assistant Amanda Goggins. Dave Stephen moves up to account manager to reinforce expectations of the company’s broadening product portfolio and its pending relocation to its larger Bedfordshire premises. He has secured substantial orders in the past and will report to sales director, Mick Perrone. IT services have also been enhanced, with Paradigm having registered a new URL (www.paradigm.com) and recruited Andy Eardley as its new IT & marketing services support. He will take responsibility for aspects of digital marketing and communications as well as database management. “This investment in human resource is designed to manage future growth, which will really come into its own now we are settling into the new place,” said Jeffreys. ”I am raising the bar, and want to bring people on by enabling them to fulfill their potential. But our recruitment drive is far from over.” www.paradigmav.com
