Unleash your creativity at ISE 2020 with 300 thought leaders

Attending ISE 2020 gives you the opportunity to learn from more than 300 world-renowned thought leaders – including former Disney executive Duncan Wardle. The show’s biggest-ever professional development programme includes conferences, education sessions, free talks and more

In the ISE 2020 Opening Address on Monday 10 February, Wardle will speak about how companies can unlock their innate creativity and foster a culture of innovation. But this is just one of a host of learning opportunities at the show. Spearheaded by show co-owners AVIXA and CEDIA, ISE 2020’s professional development programme – with the tagline ‘Learn. Discover. Be inspired’ – offers a wide range of opportunities for attendees to keep up to date with what’s going on in the industry.

According research among ISE 2019 attendees, 76% of people who cited attending education programmes as a reason for coming to the show were ‘very satisfied’ or ‘extremely satisfied’ that this objective had been met. And among those who said they had come to learn about industry trends, a similar proportion, 73%, expressed the same levels of satisfaction.

The show’s increasing attendance from AV end-users in a broad range of verticals is reflected in ISE 2020’s biggest and most wide-ranging conference programme. Among the new events taking place are the CEDIA Design & Build Conference, aimed at architects, interior designers and other residential design & build professionals; and the Control Rooms Summit ISE, which will attract attendees from many sectors, including public safety, transportation and utilities. All of these events are chaired by renowned experts in the appropriate field and feature a strong line-up of expert keynote speakers, panellists and presenters.

These two events join a line-up of conferences that already encompasses smart buildings, higher education, enterprise, digital signage, digital cinema, XR (virtual, augmented and mixed reality), stadium technology, pro audio, hospitality and visitor attractions.

Expert presenters will also be found in abundance at AVIXA’s and CEDIA’s paid-for and free-to-attend professional development events. Additionally, the two associations – along with AV Magazine and ISE, plus feature sponsor SHURE, are the content partners for the Main Stage Theatre, located in Hall 14. This will offer free-to attend thought leadership sessions throughout ISE 2020, covering best practice, technology, business and people & development.
