The organisation will host a full day of sessions aimed at newcomers to the production sector, alongside established industry professionals. The Production Futures team will also be available throughout the day to meet attendees interested in entering the industry.

The Fast Forward Friday programme will begin with a meet-and-greet session designed to bring together experienced professionals and emerging talent. This will be followed by four panel discussions addressing current topics relevant to early-career professionals in production and live events, featuring industry experts alongside winners of the Production Futures Breakthrough Talent Awards.

Five Breakthrough Talent Award winners will attend ISE through bursaries provided by award sponsors and ISE, as part of a joint initiative designed to support access to the industry. In addition, three students will attend the show with support from AVIXA, the professional audiovisual trade association.

Hannah Eakins, operations manager, Production Futures, said: “AVIXA generously offered provision for three students to attend the show and we put out a call for applications through our channels. The response was overwhelming and showed how engaged our growing online community has become.”

She added: “Access and opportunity are central to what we do, so it’s encouraging to see our live events and digital platforms having real impact. We’re grateful to our industry partners, award sponsors and ISE for their continued support, and we’re looking forward to another productive show.”
