For locations facing serious environmental conditions, the protection grade of conventional LED displays is less than IP68. This led Ruiling to create an outdoor waterproof IP68 front maintenance aluminium kit LED display.Aluminium was chosen for thermal conductivity and performance purposes. With a full aluminium chassis, heat dissipates through the shell, which helps stabilise the screen body and slow brightness decay, according to Ruiling.
The use of gaskets seals offers additional waterproof performance with a protection grade of up to IP68. The display, with its high-temperature raw materials, can bear testing temperatures of up to 130 degrees, meets VI fire standards and can be placedat the bottom of a swimming pool.
The screen is desgined to be energy-saving, with a maximum power of 500W/sqm.
