Fast Forward Friday presents ISE’s strongest-ever programme of content designed to inform young people about possible career paths in the AV and systems integration industry, as well as celebrate the talent and ideas that abound within the industry.
The programme consists of several content streams themed around recruitment, skills and career development, produced by ISE partners, that are all being presented on the final day of ISE 2025.
All events are free to attend.
- Production Futures Live Events Stage Takeover: Hosted by Hannah Eakins, CEO of Production Futures, the Live Events Stage (Stand 6B100) invites industry newcomers to a day of learning, networking and inspiration that will equip them with the technical skills and contacts to move confidently into the next phase of their careers. Award-winning young professionals and world-class industry stalwarts will share their journeys and insight.
- Audiovisual Forum: Hosted in room CC5.3 by the Impulsa Talentum Foundation, a hub for recognising and promoting talent in Catalonia, the Audiovisual Forum will present stories from industry luminaries about their career journeys, as well as from the Foundation’s Award Winners.
- ISE Hackathon Results Presentation and Awards Ceremony: Following their intensive work in ISE’s first-ever Hackathon, the competing teams will present the outcome of their projects on the Pitching Stage in Congress Square. A winning team is chosen in each of the three tracks.
- AV Career Day: In an invitation-only event produced by AVIXA and CEDIA, students learn about career paths in the AV industry and take part in ‘speed dating’ with prospective employers.
- Universitat Pompeu Fabra – Future of Content Workshop: Two 90-minute discussions – one in English, one in Catalan – will take place in room CC5.1 about the future of broadcast TV content in the age of streaming subscriptions. Participants will include students from Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona.
- Catalan AV Cluster: Jóvenes Talentos y Technología: Proyectos del la semana del talento: The Catalan AV Cluster presents winning projects from its Talent Week (in Spanish, room CC5.2).
