ControlSpace EX audio conferencing solution debuted

Entering the audio conferencing market with its new ControlSpace EX audio conferencing solution is Bose Professional. The company is also showing the ShowMatch DeltaQ array loudspeakers and PowerShare amplifiers introduced last year.

The Bose ControlSpace EX conferencing solution includes the EX-1280C conferencing processor and three under-table Dante endpoints for streamlined integration. The new solution simplifies design and installation for large meeting rooms by offering direct Dante microphone connectivity, analogue-to-Dante mic conversion, all common audio conferencing interfaces (VoIP, PSTN, USB and analogue), and unique time-saving algorithms.

In addition, Bose Professional’s wide portfolio of amplifiers and loudspeakers can be seamlessly integrated using convenient presets and amplifier connections. Visitors to the Bose stand can learn all about the new products through interactive demonstrations and industry expert-led tech seminars focusing on audio conference design best practices and troubleshooting tips.

Bose will also be showing the recently introduced ShowMatch DeltaQ array loudspeaker system. Show attendees can experience the outstanding clarity and coverage offered by ShowMatch at special demonstration sessions, the company says. Location and times are available at the Bose stand. ShowMatch DeltaQ array loudspeakers are designed for both installed and portable applications, with field-changeable waveguides that help provide the best possible sound quality throughout the audience area.

DeltaQ array technology improves sound and vocal clarity by providing selectable coverage patterns that direct more sound energy to the audience by allowing directivity, or ‘Q’, to vary with each array module. Traditional line arrays typically have significantly less pattern control, the company notes.
