AVI-SPL promotes better business outcomes

Visitors to the AVI-SPL stand (11-C155) at ISE 2019 will get to see two solutions that support the ability of companies to create better business outcomes by improving the workplace experience of its employees: Smart Spaces and Symphony. Smart Spaces is AVI-SPL’s AV-as-a-Service system for the quick deployment of collaboration spaces that are equipped with AV and UC technology. AVI-SPL has based each of these spaces – including huddle rooms, conference rooms, boardrooms and training rooms — on proven technology standards so they are easy to use and manage.

A subset of Smart Spaces is Rapid Rooms, which is a catalog of ready-to-order bundles that feature AV and UC hardware and software from today’s leading manufacturers. Rapid Rooms offers spaces that have been pre-configured for deployment in 45 days or less. They include design, installation, programming services, and a managed services contract, as well as planned refresh cycles to address technology obsolescence.

Guests will also see demonstrations of the managed services platform that Frost & Sullivan calls the “cornerstone technology” of AVI-SPL’s video managed services. AVI-SPL’s Symphony automates an organisation’s meeting scheduling, launching, management and monitoring. IT departments use Symphony’s web-based, mobile-friendly dashboard to gain insight and control over their network estate. They see the status of their rooms and devices, and create customised workflows, set permissions; and adjust alert thresholds. Companies can also monitor the health of their meetings using Symphony’s Quality of Experience measure.

No matter your UC infrastructure or meeting-room AV devices and vendors, Symphony maintains your meeting environment and experience. When an issue arises, Symphony creates trouble-tickets with other ticketing systems and escalates them to the AVI-SPL Help Desk as needed.

Symphony is indeed the cornerstone of a streamlined user experience of AV and collaboration systems. And as that digital workplace expands, so will Symphony.
