ATEN extends innovation in switchers

L-R: Ines Kefel, Victor Ramirex Cubero, Inne Goosens of ATEN

It’s congratulations to ATEN at ISE 2019 as the KVM and pro AV hardware specialist celebrates 40 years in business. All ISE visitors are welcome to share a glass and a chat with the group at its booth every day of the show.

Under the theme ‘ATEN around the Clock: Passion for KVM and AV since 1979’ the brand is presenting its five most popular scenarios in dedicated training and demo sessions each day.

Scenario 1 focuses on the Control Room and shows one click to push and pull video between workstations and video walls with ATEN’s KVM over IP extenders (KE6900) and central hardware control system (VK2100). The soon-to-be-launched KE9900-series provides DisplayPort connectivity that supports 4K-over-IP transmission.

For Central and remote IT management, ATEN’s KVM over IP switches and rack-mountable LCD series are shown taking just one switch to manage 32 servers with two IT managers.

In the conference and meeting area, a single presentation switch connects a team – no matter their current location – with ATEN’s presentation switches and central hardware control system.

Want 4K digital signage with unlimited displays? The firm’s AV-over-IP extenders, matrix switches, or long-distance extenders are ready for action. ATEN VE1832 HDBaseT extender is the latest in its True 4K range.

The fifth scenario being demoed here at ISE is multi-purpose area. Users can change the setting from a museum to a party area with just a single touch with ATEN’s central hardware control system.

The company is also celebrating the opening, soon, of a new Demo & Training Centre in the heart of Paris to serve SI and resellers in France. This follows the launch of centres in Milan and Madrid.
