Ashton Bentley Divides and Conquers at ISE HQ

ISE MD Mike Blackman thanked Ashton Bentley for "taking ISE out of the collaboration dark ages" after the company upgraded ISE's Munich HQ recently.

ISE recently turned to Ashton Bentley to upgrade its Munich HQ. Wanting to provide a large meeting space, whilst retaining existing rooms, and already a keen user of Ashton Bentley, ISE was delighted with the results.

Mike Blackman, MD ISE, said: “Thank you to the Ashton Bentley team for taking ISE out of the collaboration dark ages.”

A new design was created for ISE’s HQ. Two independent 12 seat rooms can be effortlessly transformed, by moving a dividing wall, into one large boardroom style space for 30: individual spaces, and a large combined space, capable of housing video calls and perfect for presentations.

The modularity of the Ashton Bentley system made it simple to reuse existing Ashton Bentley displays, chassis and control, made even easier thanks to Ashton Bentley’s in-house design team, including professional AV specifiers and furniture solution designers. Using the latest CAD and CGI software, Ashton Bentley has a proven track record of working with clients to produce bespoke solutions such as this.

The result for ISE included: large displays in each space, plus repeater monitors when rooms combined, allowing content to be seen by everyone; AV control for room-combining using Crestron, programmed by Ashton Bentley; audio split across the spaces and combined when necessary, including Shure equipment.

The two tables in the individual spaces could not be moved, so a simple to deploy in-fill table was designed to join them, providing one large meeting table when rooms combined.

Ashton Bentley can advise, design and supply systems to meet all requirements, to enhance collaboration space experiences and improve efficiency of meetings.
