Peitsman Light & Geluid owner/director Hans Peitsman (pictured here with Axel Nagtegaal from Midas Consoles Benelux) told II: “Midas is still the most accepted mixing desk in the Netherlands and, although a lot of people do now use digital mixing desks, for occasional events such as festivals there is a preference for analogue mixing consoles. The Midas Heritage is a very reliable, good-sounding console that has achieved widespread customer satisfaction.”
Nagtegaal added: “Those who state analogue large-format consoles are dead had better think about that statement again, because the market is proving otherwise. We are consistent in selling Midas Heritages and this is still one of the most secure investments in pro audio.”
