Mitsubishi to reveal new large-format LCDs at InfoComm MEA

Mitsubishi Electric will debut the latest additions to its professional flat panel display range at this year’s InfoComm MEA. The public display monitors are Crestron Connected devices, enabling integration into existing systems and multiple management options.

Mitsubishi Electric will be presenting its new 70in and 55in ultra-slim LCD displays to the EMEA region for the first time at InfoComm MEA – 14-18 October, Dubai World Trade Centre.

The 70in MDT701S and 55in MDT552S public display monitors are the latest additions to its professional flat panel display range.

Both are built for style and versatility, and are equally suitable for digital signage applications or in more discerning high-end uses such as conference suites and corporate facilities.

The narrow-bezel, slimline edge-lit LED displays combine an elegant profile with extremely high image quality, ease of use and low cost of ownership. What’s more, the two displays are Crestron Connected devices, enabling them to be easily integrated into existing systems and managed via PC, IoS or Android devices using Crestron’s RoomView Express or Fusion RV platforms.

In addition to LAN connectivity, both models feature Intel OPS (Open Pluggable Standard) slots to greatly simplify deployment and management in digital signage applications. Front and rear ambient light sensors fine-tune display performance automatically to ensure optimum visibility and energy usage and built-in speakers throw vertically to reduce the unpleasant reverberation sometimes experienced with rear-facing units.
