US-based TruAudio recently introduced its new SAT3 two-way satellite speaker series, which is now available to CI dealers exclusively in Europe, Middle East and Africa through the region’s distributor Amber International.
The SAT3 offers omni-directional sound positioning via a unique magnetic mounting system, meaning speaker angle can be adjusted with ease. With its simple yet innovative design, the SAT3 is also versatile enough for mounting to walls, ceilings, on shelves or within a single gang box.
The speaker has a diameter measuring just over 4in (10.2cm) and is designed to fit in with a variety of interior schemes. It’s small size gives it the ability to hide away in a corner or can easily be used to accent an existing installation with the compact, yet powerful driver and speaker assembly providing a totally immersive sound, from only a small footprint.
TruAudio’s SAT3 offers 150w output with the stiffness of the 3in coated paper cone woofer delivering dynamic bass reproduction whilst the 1in soft silk tweeter evens out reflections, without harshness. This combination affords effective, high fidelity surround sound for the living room, kitchen, bedroom or, indeed, any room in the home The SAT3 also comes in the SAT3CC Premium Center Channel with dual 3in coated paper cone woofers and dual 1in soft silk dome tweeters, with a power handling of 175W. Both the SAT3 and SAT3CC are available in High Gloss Black or White finish, complementing a wide variety of AV equipment.
