Prolight + Sound 2013: Panasonic to unveil advanced display solutions

Panasonic's 'eye-catching innovation' at Prolight + Sound 2013, Frankfurt, will include new advanced display and projector solutions.

Show debutants Panasonic will exhibit a host of new display and projector innovations at this year’s Prolight + Sound (Messe Frankfurt, Germany) including the recently-launched TH-55LFV50 energy efficient D-LED LCD videowall display, which will be demonstrated in a 3x3 array. Other devices set to be shown on the company’s stand include the new range of large LCD displays, incorporating the 80in TH-80LF50 which will be demonstrated in portrait mode and will feature a protective shell solution. Completing the LCD showcase will be the 70in TH-70LF50, 42in TH-42LF5 and 47in TH-47LF5 displays which all feature attention to design detail, narrow bezels and Full-HD 1080p image reproduction. On show from Panasonic’s professional projector series will be the PT-RZ470/RZ370 series. These lamp-free, LED/Laser-combined 1-chip DLP projectors provide 20,000 hours of life and offer a Digital Link connection based on HDBaseT technology. Panasonic will also shift its 1-Chip DLP projectors into the 10,000-lumens brightness arena with the introduction of the DZ870 range. New additions to the Panasonic high brightness projector range for the rental & staging market will also be exhibited.
