Philips Color Kinetics is now a reseller of the complete portfolio of Pharos control solutions, writes David Davies. The new announcement – which concerns the North American market – is said to represent an expansion of Philips’ “extremely successful distribution agreement” in Europe and Asia.
Starting this quarter, Philips Color Kinetics will offer Pharos controllers – which range from scalable lighting playback devices to audio/video controls – through its existing distribution network. Pharos control solutions work seamlessly with the complete range of intelligent white and full-colour LED lighting fixtures from Philips Color Kinetics.
Jeff Cassis (pictured), CEO of Philips Color Kinetics, told II: “We are thrilled to expand Philips’ existing reselling agreement with Pharos Architectural Controls to the North American market. Philips Color Kinetics LED lighting solutions and Pharos controllers feature in a variety of high-profile installations around the world, including the British Airways London Eye and the Bosphorus Bridge in Istanbul.
