The Media Core 200 (pictured) is one of several new/recent developments being showcased by Meridian at ISE 2011, which is taking place until tomorrow (3 Feb).

A complete Meridian Sooloos system with 1000-album storage and single-zone analogue and digital playback capability, the Media Core 200 requires only the addition of one of the many options available to control a Meridian Sooloos system.

Situated on Stand 4N60, Meridian Audio is showing a number of other products for the first time, including the Audio Core 200, the DSP3200 loudspeaker system and the Control 15 complete touch-screen system.

The company is also highlighting the Meridian 810 Reference Video System, which comprises two primary elements: the 810 Reference Video Projector, a new D-ILA-based 10 megapixel digital projector; and the 810 Reference Video Scaler, a special processor designed to optimise the imaging of HD and standard resolution inputs for the new possibilities offered by a 10 megapixel projection environment.

Graeme Taylor, chief marketing officer of Meridian Audio, told IE Residential: “While our products are built in the UK, Meridian takes a global view at every level of its business and sees Integrated Systems Europe as one of the most important shows of its kind in the world. Coming straight after CES, it is the ideal opportunity to maintain the international momentum generated at Las Vegas and extend new product launches to the broader European marketplace.”
