Maverick has signed a European distribution agreement with Barco for the latter’s ClickShare ‘one-click’ presentation and collaboration solution.
ClickShare from Barco is described by Maverick as one of the most exciting products to be introduced into the market. “We have been overwhelmed with the response to ClickShare,” said the company’s Jon Sidwick. “The Maverick European teams are busy supporting the launch with reseller recruitment and enablement events which are already oversubscribed.”
According to Maverick, the partnership will make best use of the company’s deep value, specialist distribution model and its wide pan-European footprint, providing an ideal platform for the introduction of new and innovative technologies. “With our European central supply chain model we can offer flexible stock availability, high-quality and scalable channel development, plus deep specialist touch, delivering immediate value added support, backed by our European marketing and logistics engine,” continued Sidwick.
Jane Hammersley also re-joins the Maverick team, bringing with her what the company describes as a wealth of knowledge regarding collaboration practices and environments combined with extensive corporate and AV channel experience, making her the ideal person to launch and support ClickShare.
The agreement to distribute ClickShare covers the UK and Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland.
