Panta Rhei is a new audiovisual ecosystem platform “that manages the entire lifecycle of AV from planning, design, deployment and setup, to monitoring, support, analytics, up to the end user experience”, according to Omit Sade-Benkin, Kramer’s VP marketing.
The cloud-based software “is going to change the way we are going to handle this ecosystem”, she added. It is paid for on a subscription basis, with only one piece of hardware needed. The small box is a site agent that needs to be installed for device discovery.
Panta Rhei is specifically designed to provide a unified platform that is adept at managing not only any Kramer installation but also integrates with third-party devices. It marks a significant shift for Kramer from hardware-centric systems to a more software-driven approach.
