Drone Arena returns to ISE

ISE is delighted to announce the return of the Drone Arena. Located in Hall 6 and occupying nearly 700sqm, the Arena will feature a full daily programme from drone manufacturers, distributors and users, produced by LANG.

Bringing a mixture of education, entertainment and experience, the programme includes demonstrations of different models of drone, with explanations of the features that suit them to specific applications.

The following sessions will take place every day:

  • The New Pilot Experience from DJI (a distributor of AtlasPhotoImage drones), in which the audience can control FPV (first-person view) drones through an obstacle course using special goggles.
  • Laslo Rudolph of LANG will give a presentation on the topic of drones in the event industry.
  • VergeAero – an event drone company that produces hardware and software – will fly a cluster of five of its new X7 drones to showcase its software capabilities.
  • Students from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia will paint a work of art with drones in the Arena. The artwork will be produced in stages during the week and completed on Friday.
  • Flock Drone Art – a Spanish organiser of drone festivals that showcase works by different artists – will present an indoor show based on LiteBee drones.
  • UviFy is expected to be demonstrating its light show drones and/or aerial robotic drones.

Visitors to the Drone Arena have the chance to win a drone each day of the show.

Additionally, the Drone Arena will be the location of the ISE Treasure Hunt prize draws at 14:00 on Wednesday and Friday.
