The new Cynap Videobar is an all-in-one wireless presentation, web conferencing and collaboration system for meeting rooms. It combines WolfVision’s Cynap BYOD wireless presentation technology with a 4K AI camera and beamforming array microphone, as well as a premium-quality speaker system from audio specialists Fohhn.
WolfVision claims this reproduces “exceptionally natural speech” throughout the entire room, with extended low frequency reproduction for high sound quality when playing videos or music. Software can also optimise the sound for individual room acoustics. It is suitable for up to ten people in small or medium-sized hybrid meeting rooms.
Wireless screen mirroring enables up to four windows to be displayed onscreen, from any laptop, smartphone or tablet, without requiring apps, dongles or extra software. Multi-source onscreen content is also shared easily with remotely located colleagues when running web meetings. The built-in BYOM web conferencing feature enables users to connect wirelessly to the Cynap Videobar; it can run a hybrid meeting using any web conferencing service from a laptop. The system also features whiteboard and annotation tools plus a room booking module. Cloud-based remote management is included to handle large numbers of units across multiple locations.
