ISE’s ever-popular Tech Tours provide behind-the-scenes access, and expert guidance, to major audiovisual installations in the city of Barcelona. For the first time, ISE is offering tours before and after the show dates, on Monday 3 and Saturday 8 February, as well as during the show. Applications to join the Monday and Saturday tours are now open, and close at midnight CET on Sunday 22 December.
Monday 3 February, 10:00-13:00 – Transforming Paediatric Care: Inside the Cortex and Patient Robotics
Visit the advanced control centre at the Sant Joan de Déu Barcelona Children’s Hospital (pictured), which uses real-time data to improve patient care and reduce wait times. The tour will also highlight the hospital’s use of robotics in both hospital and home settings.
Monday 3 February, 13:30-18:00 – Take to the Skies and Experience the Thrill of a Pre-ISE Drone Flight
Join Jordi Salvador, CEO and founder of the Barcelona Drone Center, for an exclusive tour through the latest in drone technology. Discover cutting-edge UAV models and advanced software systems driving innovations in urban air mobility for smart cities, as well as breakthroughs in agriculture, environmental monitoring, security, and beyond.
Saturday 8 February, 11:00-13:00 – L’Aquàrium de Barcelona: Become an Aquarist for ISE Saturday!
Presented by integrator Trison, this aquarium tour’s highlights include a mesmerising 3D façade, a holographic welcome experience, and a reimagined ticket hall featuring an underfloor LED digital sea paired with a stunning LED water ceiling.
