Integrated Systems Europe has announced four-time international bestselling author and business leader Mo Gawdat as the business keynote speaker for its 2027 show. Gawdat, former chief business officer of Google X, will take to the stage in CC4 on February 2 to present his session titled “When Human and Artificial Intelligence Unite: Building a Future Worth Living In”.
With a career spanning over three decades at technology companies including IBM, Microsoft, and Google, Gawdat has co-founded more than 30 businesses and established himself as a leading voice on artificial intelligence and human happiness.

His initiatives include the ethical AI coaching platform Emma.love and his forthcoming book Alive: A Human’s Guide to Living in the World of AI, following his previous titles Solve for Happy and Scary Smart.
Mike Blackman, managing director of Integrated Systems Events, said: “Mo Gawdat brings a rare combination of business leadership, technological insight and human perspective to the conversation around AI. As industries and disciplines surrounding the AV world become increasingly interconnected, his keynote will challenge the ISE community to look beyond the hype and consider how AI can be applied responsibly to unlock new ideas, experiences and opportunities.”
The keynote aligns with the event’s 2027 theme, ‘When Worlds Unite’, which explores the convergence of pro AV, digital content, immersive experiences, smart buildings, and live events, taking place from February 2 to February 5 at Fira de Barcelona, Gran Via.
