UK integrator Impact has added four new members to its staff. Richard McGuinness, who has over 15 years senior managerial experience in the videoconferencing and managed services industry joins Impact as head of sales. He will work closely with Marc Coleman, sales director, with responsibility for managing the sales team and will, says the company, focus on ensuring customers receive best in class products and services.
Andrew White joins the Impact sales team as business development manager, and has over nine years experience in the videoconferencing industry, having previously worked at Tandberg and First Communications. At Impact, Andrew will be working with a variety of national clients focusing mainly on customised managed services.
“I am thrilled to have on board a man with such depth of experience over many years. Richard has built up a strong reputation in the market and will be a great asset to Impact,” said Coleman (pictured). “Andrew has a proven track record and brings a wealth of experience. His appointment will help us to continue to provide a high level of service to existing clients and strategically target new business.”
Impact has also appointed two new service delivery managers – Gavin Jones and Imran Ahmed – to support continuing growth in on-site managed services within the business.
Jones joins with a recent successful track record of service management for a multi-national organisation and Imran Ahmed joins with a recent history running IT & AV service operations for a large multi-site higher education organisation.
