Installation is looking forward to working with event specialist Eclipse Presentations after the Kent-based company announced it has added the Hilton London Wembley to its list of clients.
The Hilton hotel is, of course, where the inaugural InstallAwards will take place on the 12 June.
Eclipse Presentations will have a sales manager based on site and will co-ordinate all technical and creative production elements for the various functions, conferences, events, shows and meetings taking place at the property.
Eclipse’s brief includes the provision of lighting, sound, video, AV and rigging equipment, plus sets/staging and specialist crew. Eclipse can also offer the venue a whole range of additional related services like videoconferencing, video content creation, widescreen projection mapping and interactive events.
Eclipse says it was selected because of its flair and imagination as well as its reputation for delivering tech-savvy solutions with state-of-the-art production values. The company also offers creative graphics departments and reputation for standards of excellence – which were also said to be key elements in the hotel’s choice.
Eclipse has also been the preferred technical services provider at Wembley Stadium for the last seven years, so having an operation at the hotel brings a real continuity to the operation together with the same assured quality standards,
With the addition of the Hilton London Wembley, Eclipse is now managing 20 key sites around the city..
