Datavideo expands Mobile Studio range

New additions include an eight or 12 input HD/SD mobile video solution, the MS-2800, as well as two new multiple camera control units - one for desktop use and a 19in version for rack use.

The Mobile Studio product range from Datavideo will be broadened at ISE 2013 by the MS-2800, an eight or 12 input HD/ SD mobile video studio. The system includes recorders, monitors, an audio delay box, a vector scope and an intercom system.

The company will also be showing two new multiple camera control units, the MCU-100 for desktop use and the 19in MCU-200 for rack use, which can control up to four Panasonic camcorders from up to 400m. Both provide integrated features such as recording functions, gain, black/white balance, pedestals, shutter and iris. Both units will come with four adapter boxes which allow users to connect the cameras with the MCU by using Ethernet cables.
Also on show will be the new VSM-100 and VSM-200 vector scope monitor series and the latest addition to Datavideo’s existing converter range, the DAC-60, an HD/SD-SDI to VGA converter.

And coming soon are the company’s newly designed HD/SD recorders, the HDR-60 for desktop use and HDR-70 for rack use. They can house a 2.5in removable HDD up to 500GB and support M2T video format at a maximum of 80Mbps. They offer added timecode in/out as well as B.B/EXT. Sync in functions.
