AVMI has announced the opening of new offices in Hyderabad and Bengaluru in India. The announcement comes after the business won its largest ever contracts for its global enterprise framework of services.
To provide enterprise clients with a consistent approach to AV project delivery and services, AVMI has recently restructured its organisation to establish a global team that will be committed to serving enterprise customers only. John Masters heads up the new ‘Enterprise Service Division’, which currently consists of over 70 people located in the US, the UK, Dubai, Hong Kong and now in India. The company claims the team is on track to deliver $50m of projects and services across 45 countries this year.
Due to the increasing demand from enterprise customers for service in India, AVMI has relocated Vijay Lakshmanan, from Dubai to India, to build a project and support services team. While AVMI has launched its Indian operation in Hyderabad and Bengaluru it plans to add additional offices in Pune and Gurugram very soon.
“Customers want a global service that is both operationally and commercially consistent, which is not necessarily the same thing as simply being present in a number of countries, commented John Masters, global head, enterprise service division. “AVMI has followed its global ambitions by building a truly global team to supply a truly global service. The results speak for themselves and we were delighted to see AVMI being recognised by The Sunday Times for its international growth. Our expansion into India adds a critical piece to the global jigsaw and we remain committed to providing our clients with an exceptional service globally.”
