AVIXA has launched a redesigned version of its website, AVIXA.org, with improved content discovery at the centre of the overhaul. The update follows extensive user research gathered through trade show interviews, surveys and analysis of behaviour on the previous site.

The most significant new addition is an Explore feature, which centralises browsing by topic and content type – including videos, articles, training and webinars. The section integrates AVIXA TV content more directly alongside related learning resources, and includes personalised and recommended content throughout to help users find resources aligned to their professional interests.
The redesign also introduces a Community section highlighting AVIXA Xchange advocates – a group of AV and IT industry thought leaders the association describes as committed to sharing expertise and fostering dialogue across the industry.
Steven Guzi, director of digital product at AVIXA, said: “Our goal was to move the website to its next phase by removing any sense of disconnection between users and the valuable content they consistently tell us they need. Much like our trade shows, we want everything we provide to be easy to discover and useful.”
The updated site also moves away from a desktop-first approach, delivering what AVIXA describes as a consistent experience across both desktop and mobile devices.
Sam Minish, vice president of content delivery at AVIXA, added: “It’s not just about a new look or new tools – it’s about creating a clearer, more open and more connected digital experience that supports learning, discovery and meaningful engagement across our community.”
