d&b audiotechnik has acquired the ARVA Group, a pro audio equipment distributor in the Nordic region. The acquisition is intended to reinforce d&b’s presence in Scandinavian markets, the company says. ARVA Group operates offices in Stockholm, Malmö, Aarhus, Oslo and Helsinki, serving customers across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.

Founded in 1989, ARVA Group has distributed d&b audiotechnik products as its flagship brand. The company supplies audio solutions for recording studios, live events, and performance and commercial audio installations across the Nordic region.

We look forward to continuing and expanding the strong relationships that have defined our partnership.”

Olof Arvidsson, chief executive and founder of ARVA Group, added: “ARVA and d&b share the same values and are dedicated to education – building deep knowledge among our staff and customers. With this acquisition we ensure continuity to our customers as well as employees. The team remains unchanged, and our collaboration builds on years of trust and shared values.”

ARVA Group says its operations are tailored to local market needs in each country, with a focus on service and relationship-based sales strategies for both mobile and installation markets. Following the acquisition, ARVA’s team is expected to remain unchanged. The company says customers can expect continuity of service and expertise.

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
