TTL Network has a jack for all trades

The TTLan Cat6A keystone jack from TTL Network is a fully shielded, compact, designable keystone jack for first time installations that can be assembled without requiring any tools. It also lays the foundations for long term deployment in 10Gbit Ethernet environments.

All that is required is a TTLan Cat6A keystone jack and an AWG 22 to AWG 26 cable, says the company. The particularly compact 19.2mm x 14.7mm format of the jack even makes it possible to fit a block of three in a 50mm x 50mm faceplate.

In performance the jack offers 500MHz and 10Gb transmission characteristics certified by the GHMT accredited test laboratory, says TTL Networks, while the 360° shield connection guarantees excellent electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) characteristics.

Achim Beuckes, managing director at TTL Network, said: “It‘s also possible to design our new keystone jacks for individual tasks. Our zinc die cast housing is compatible with all covers of switch series available from all well-known manufacturers.

The attractive price-performance ratio is yet another benefit, in particular because TTL Network also offers a connection module, which will certainly appeal to installers and network service providers alike.”
