The MondoPad from InFocus is a 55in HD wall tablet that combines intuitive touch collaboration applications with Cloud-based videoconferencing. Produced in partnership with Vidtel, Mondopad requires no upfront infrastructure investment or IT resources. It connects to all SIP and H.323 standards-based end-points and many proprietary videoconferencing platforms, including Google Chat and enterprise telepresence systems from Polycom and Cisco. Equipped with a 55in Full HD 1080p (1920 x 1080) LCD display, the interactive tablet is designed for multitouch and comprehensive whiteboard functionality. Local or remote users can share, view and control presentations from their PC, tablet or smartphone with ease. Furthermore, Mondopad’s WiFi ensures that meeting participants have the right level of access. Authorised users are able to connect directly to a corporate network through the display; meeting guests can deliver documents to the display or access the internet without connecting to the organisation’s private network.
