iPad lighting controller is a Cuety cute thing

The new Cuety iPad lighting control system from Visual Productions turns an iPad into a convenient, affordable and powerful lighting console.

Cuety is designed for use in the entry-level entertainment market and right through to smaller architectural or retail stand-alone installations, and is therefore easy to use and budget friendly.

It enables users to take full advantage of the iPad’s mobility and multi-touch display, and has full support for moving heads, LEDs and conventional lighting, as well as DMX-controlled special effects.

The system architecture of the Cuety App and its LPU hardware is designed for robustness. Its compact LPU contains the engine that runs the show, calculates fade times and renders dynamic effects.

The app is just the user interface, so if there is a WiFi interruption the show will go on. In a standalone installation, users can select any combination of the 64 playbacks to run on power on.

Visual Productions is showing lighting control software for Mac, PC and Linux, as well as solid-state hardware controllers including its CueCore.
