Scheduled to be held on 5 and 6 May at Earls Court, London, the Screen Media Expo hosts 130 exhibitors and 5,000 visitors from more than 60 countries. A key element of the expo is “Learning Programmes,” consisting of conferences, seminars, and workshops presented to help educate the digital signage industry and its customers on what it takes to implement a successful network.
In his presentation on May 5 at 11:00 am in Theater 2, Wilkins will go beyond the basics of content strategy, focusing on content development and delivery. He will provide attendees with a practical look at content management by analyzing the target audience and dwell time, existing corporate branding elements, and repurposable content assets already in use by an organisation.
Wilkins will also explore different types of digital signage platforms and technologies that allow network operators to keep content fresh with dynamic data-driven content. He will draw from his extensive experience in delivering high-profile digital signage networks, from outdoor screens to interactive wayfinder maps, to discuss how content makes or breaks a digital signage network. Digital signage workflow will also be covered, from concept design and sourcing content to rolling out the network and managing content.
