AVPro Global Holdings, parent company of AVPro Edge, AudioControl Pro, Bullet Train, ThenAudio, and Murideo audio/video distribution products, has celebrated 10 years of delivering AV solutions and support services for technology integrators. The company was founded in October 2014, by Jeff Murray.
AVPro Global is headquartered in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, with satellite offices in St. Petersburg, Florida, Seattle, Washington State, a European office in Bratislava, Slovakia, and an office in Shenzhen, China.
In recent years, the company’s acquisitions have helped it to expand. In 2023, AVPro purchased the home components division of Seattle-based AudioControl, a manufacturer of DSP-driven audio matrix distribution amplifiers and immersive audio home theatre processors.
Also in 2023, AVPro completed the acquisition of ThenAudio, a boutique craft manufacturer of HDMI interface solutions designed to integrate usable legacy HDMI products with current HDMI 2.1-spec devices.
Jeff Murray, founder and CEO, said: “By investing in our own engineering and manufacturing capabilities, we have been able to efficiently develop best-in-class integrator-centric AV products, creating important opportunities for our customers.”
He added: “We are immensely proud of our company culture and the innovations we have brought to market, as well as the award-winning service and support behind all our brands. Mostly, we are grateful to our outstanding team and amazing customer base for helping us achieve monumental growth over these ten fulfilling years.”
