The UK’s National Grid has selected Tripleplay to provide an IPTV and digital signage solution for its operational headquarters, National Grid House, Warwick.
National Grid is a utilities business which manages and services the power supplies network backbone in the UK, providing safe gas and electricity to homes and businesses.
The software based solution from Tripleplay, which will be realised by solutions provider ProAV, utilises industry standard HP server and Amino STB technology. It will encompasses ten screens for IPTV and digital signage. The displays will be used for internal communications throughout the office areas and for entertainment in reception and public areas.
