Hospitality display solutions leader LG Electronics USA received the Vacation Rental Technology Innovation Award for its “Pro:Centric Stay” smart TV platform at the 2024 Vacation Rental Data and Revenue Management (DARM) Conference, in Miramar Beach, in Florida.
LG Pro:Centric Stay is a web-based cloud solution, designed for property managers in the vacation rental market. It offers an integrated solution for efficient property management, allowing remote control of properties and convenient guest management. LG won the award at the sixth annual Vacation Rental DARM Conference, which was held Dec. 2-4 at the Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa.
Jacob Benner, senior director of hospitality, LG Electronics USA, said LG was one of 10 companies making presentations during the annual event’s popular “DARM Battleground” competition. Five-minute individual “product pitches” were made in front of 500-plus attendees and a panel of three vacation rental property management judges. Each presentation was followed by a six-minute Q&A with the judges.
Benner said: “LG’s Doug Strachota did an outstanding job presenting the unique capabilities and benefits of the LG Pro:Centric Stay TV platform during the Battleground session. We’re honoured that the judges agreed.”
With over 90 educational sessions, industry-leading keynotes and the fan-favourite DARM Battleground competition, the conference brought together hundreds of professional vacation rental executives, revenue managers, marketers, and tech leaders to look to the future of the industry.
This year’s educational tracks focused on foundational revenue management, advanced revenue management, data and reporting, marketing and distribution, technology and AI, risk and revenue, as well as executive discussions.
LG was named Gold Partner for the 2024 conference.
