Fine Sounds UK set to expand Fife HQ for extra stock

New larger HQ means more products in stock, slashing waiting times

Fine Sounds UK, the McIntosh and Sonus faber distributor, is set to expand its headquarters in Fife, Scotland, to house a far greater range of hi-fi and ‘CI-fi’ products..

Fine Sounds UK’s new larger facility means that more products, including AV racks and isolation devices from Italian specialist Bassocontinuo, can be held in stock at any one time, ready to ship directly to the company’s ever-expanding dealer network – resulting in a better customer experience as waiting times for the distributor’s imported hi-fi ranges are greatly reduced.

The expansion promptly follows Fine Sounds UK’s April announcement that the company has expanded its music and movie portfolio to include McIntosh and Sonus faber ‘CI-fi’ installation products after joining CEDIA – which brings McIntosh and Sonus faber’s products to the organisation’s accredited installers (and its customers) for the first time.

The new facility is perfectly timed to assist Fine Sounds UK’s growing network of audio dealers, installers and designers, as McIntosh, Sonus faber and Bassocontinuo rollout a number of new products for 2021 and beyond.

“Fine Sounds UK has been gaining momentum as the UK’s definitive high-performance audio distributor, ever since its birth just a few short months ago in August 2020,” said Fine Sounds UK’s managing director Tim Jordan. “Our new headquarters enables us to hold more McIntosh, Sonus faber and Bassocontinuo products than ever before, meaning music lovers can source our iconic brands through our UK and Ireland dealer network more quickly and without the lead times often associated with imported hi-fi products.”
