Renkus-Heinz has announced the release of RHAON II software for Iconyx Gen5 digitally steered arrays. RHAON II (Renkus-Heinz Audio Operations Network) features a new user interface, streamlined workflow, and faster operation.
RHAON II System Manager (pictured) has been redesigned using structured modular code for greater stability and expandability. RHAON II is fully compatible with both Gen5 and legacy Renkus-Heinz Iconyx series products.
Currently supporting AVDECC IEEE1722.1 and CobraNet, RHAON II’s network-agnostic interface has been designed to also work with future networking protocols. Support for multiple NICs, and wireless operation makes RHAON II easy to integrate into existing network infrastructure.
RHAON II is fully integrated with Renkus-Heinz Iconyx and IC Live Gen5 technologies, delivering the power of advanced beam steering algorithms and UniBeam Technology for more uniform coverage, increased output, and faster setup and deployment.
“People always say you have to choose two out of three – better, faster, or cheaper,” remarked Rik Kirby, Renkus-Heinz VP sales and marketing. “But with Gen5 and RHAON II, we’ve managed to achieve them all. Iconyx Gen5 delivers better output with increased control, faster operation using direct, industry-standard communications, and greater cost-effectiveness with innovations like our new hybrid column arrays. Better, faster, and more economical.”
